A reputable service provider with head office in Zagreb is looking for a highly energetic, hard-working and reliable Corporate Trainer fluent in English and Croatianto join a dynamic team.
As a Corporate Trainer, you will play a crucial role in driving the organic growth of the company by delivering high quality training courses to the clients of the company.
This is a freelance / part time position. Work timing preferences will be discussed with candidates to find a common ground. Company clients are based in Zagreb and other parts of Croatia. You need to be ready to travel to other regions of Croatia when/if required. Transportation and living expenses will be covered. It is also possible that you will be required to travel to conduct courses internationally, outside Croatia. This will be discussed on case to case basis and your decision is voluntary and not obligatory.

Responsibilities:
- Delivery of training courses (you will go through an extensive train-the-trainer program before you are assigned any specific training course)
- Assess training needs through consultations with Talent Development Director, learners feedback and market data
- Create and update training manuals, guides, and other instructional materials when necessary and required
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars for clients of the company in various industries
- Utilize various training methods and technologies, such as e-learning, simulations, role-playing, and case studies
- Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring they understand the company’s processes and goals
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
- Monitor and track the progress of participants, providing additional support or follow-up as needed
- Adjust training methods and materials based on evaluation results and changing business needs
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to team members to reinforce training concepts and address specific challenges, when required
- Work closely with Talent Development Director and other departments to ensure alignment between training programs and business objectives
- Stay informed about industry trends, methodologies, and emerging technologies to keep training programs relevant and effective
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and program outcomes
- Prepare reports and presentations on training effectiveness, participant feedback, and areas for improvement
- Manage individually assigned training budgets and resources efficiently
Qualifications, skills and requirements:
- Fluent speaker of English and Croatian
- Bachelors degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field (or working toward getting related degree)
- (Certification in Training and Development is a plus but not a must)
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of classroom training strategies, techniques, facilitation and best practices in adult education
- Proficiency in training tools and technologies, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual training platforms is a plus
- Ability to analyze performance data and adjust training programs accordingly.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
