A reputable service provider with head office in Zagreb is looking for a highly energetic, hard-working and reliable Sales Executive fluent in English and Croatianto join a dynamic team of Corporate Sales department.
As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the company by increasing sales and client base.
This is a freelance / part time position. Work timing preferences will be discussed with candidates to find a common ground. Company clients are based in Zagreb and other parts of Croatia. You need to be ready to travel to other regions of Croatia when/if required. Transportation and living expenses will be covered.

If you do not have a lot of experience in corporate sales but have necessary interpersonal skills, don’t hesitate to apply. The company provides extensive internal training and full support.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and attending meetings with clients
- Managing potential clients’ inquiries
- Conducting presentations
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction, ensuring a smooth and premium customer journey throughout the contract term
- Maximizing revenue by converting enquiries, recognizing business prospects and upselling at every opportunity
- Building an excellent relationship with the Operations team who you will be working closely with on a daily basis
- When necessary support Operations team with their tasks (for clients in your portfolio to make sure that service is delivered on or before the deadline)
- Following up on completion of the project under the contracts in your portfolio and be able to provide progress feedback to clients
- Liaising with clients to coordinate corporate or social events, building rapport and creating professional relationships
- Attending business forums, industry related events and conferences
Qualifications, skills and requirements:
Essential:
- Fluent speaker of English and Croatian
- A sales driven individual with an outgoing, bubbly and positive personality
- Highly motivated to meet and exceed targets
- Natural ability to sell services enthusiastically
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Outstanding organizational and administration skills with a superior attention to detail
- A self-starter with strong time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and create professional, sustainable relationships
- A proven ability to think and act with speed and efficiency in a fast paced, high pressured, high volume environment
- Ability to overcome any gatekeepers and reach necessary key personnel
Desirable:
- A background in developing corporate client relationships at senior management level
- A strong understanding of the service industry
- Previous experience in B2B sales
- Experience using CRM systems
