PEOPLE Talent Solutions has a vast experience designing language development programs for various industries. Our Director, Ms. Elmira Abdullina has designed a language development program for Qatar Aviation Services which became a part of QAS Academy. For this program a specialized aviation vocabulary book was created along with other study materials. The structure of the program ensures high effectiveness and leaning outcomes.
We have also exclusively designed and launched a unique language program for ACCIONA Facility Services Middle East. It was launched in three countries: Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Oman. Two textbooks were written for this program: one for Healthcare Housekeeping and another one is for Housekeeping in Aviation. Each one with its own specialized vocabulary and practical learning activities.
The program was named LEAP (Learning English Achievement Program) and in 2023 it was awarded as the best Education Initiative of the Year at the Innovation in Facility Management Awards in Dubai. The program was fully handed over to the trainers of ACCIONA and has been further leveled up in-house by the efforts of their talented team.
