A reputable world known five star hotel located in Doha, Qatar is looking for a highly energetic, hard-working and reliable Hotel Lobby Ambassador fluent in English to join its dynamic team in an exclusive hotel.
This is a full time position.

Responsibilities:
As a Lobby Ambassador, you will be responsible to greet and assist visitors, and ensure a welcoming environment in the lobby of the hotel. Hotel Lobby Ambassador plays a crucial role in ensuring that guests have a positive experience from the moment they enter the hotel.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail. You should also be able to work flexible hours, as this position may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service
- Be available for guests at all times as a point of contact
- Maintain effective communication with all related departments to ensure a smooth service delivery
- Extend personal service and attention to all guests, with particular emphasis to members of the privilege club of the hotel
- Maintain an up to date knowledge of the hotel and local services and supply information and respond to guest queries
- Deal promptly, efficiently and pleasantly with any questions
- Establish, promote and maintain good public relations and enhances sales for the hotel at every opportunity
Qualifications, skills and requirements:
- Essential communication: fluent speaker of English. Any other language will be advantage.
- Good health, Neat and pleasant appearance
- Previous customer-service related experience
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Excellent grooming standards
- Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
