Our Supervisors Development Program is designed to provide an orderly transition from common supervisor to a highly professional, motivated, inspiring leader. The intent of this program is to provide the necessary structure to reinforce the basic principles of supervision and abilities needed to perform various supervisory assignments. The program was already successfully adapted and proven to be highly effective in various industries: hospitality, aviation, ground handling (airport), and facility management.

We have also successfully integrated this program into general succession strategy of some companies where we prepared team members identified as potential for promotion to the position of supervisor.

Generally the full program consists of 9 Modules (competencies) essential for efficient performance of a supervisor. Each module can be requested as a separate training or as part of the overall program. Duration of the training program is 4 days, 6 hours each day. If any module is requested separately, we can make it a half or a full day training, depending on your needs.

In 2022 we have adapted the Supervisors Development Program for one of the biggest Facilities Management Companies in the world – ACCIONA.

New name was given to the program to match with the branding strategy – ACCIONA Supervisory Talents Excellence Program (A STEP). The program was nominated and won “Education and Development Initiative of the Yearat the Innovation in Facility Management (FM) Awards 2022 in Dubai.

This specifically tailor made variation of the program was designed for ACCIONA after thorough Training Needs Analysis and having in mind high complexity of work. ACCIONA handles facility management for all government hospitals under Hamad Medical Corporation in Qatar and has the staff count of over 7000 people. Within this specific case, internal trainers of ACCIONA were prepared to take over the program (tailor made variation) and it is successfully functioning under excellent management of the company.
