WHAT IS MEDIATION? 

Mediation is a process in which a neutral third party, known as a mediator, facilitates communication between disputing parties to help them reach a mutually acceptable resolution. The mediator guides the discussion in a constructive manner, allowing both sides to express their perspectives and concerns in a safe environment. Mediation emphasizes collaboration and understanding, aiming to resolve conflicts amicably while preserving relationships.
