We are looking for highly motivated Telephone Operator to join the growing team of our client, the five star hotel in Doha, Qatar. It is international chain of hotels which offers career growth and inter chain transfer possibilities. You can work anywhere in the world in the future with this hotel chain.
As Telephone Operator, you will join a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional service where team believes that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that they do!
Key Responsibilities of the Telephone Operator:
- Support and assist in the smooth running of the front office department, where all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level, ensuring both property and company standards are attained
- Provide a warm, helpful and informative service over the phone
- Contribute to creating an excellent experience to all guests
- Handle all guest requests in a professional and timely manner
Requirements of the Telephone Operator :
- Experience in front office or in a call center is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- English is a must. Arabic is highly preferred. Any other language is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt to changing service environments
- Ability to work in different shifts as required
- Pro-active with a hands-on approach
- Passion for the hospitality industry
- Ability to manage work ensuring that tasks assigned are delivered
- Ability to find creative solutions, offering recommendations
- Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work collaboratively at all levels within the department
- An open and positive personality
