Ongoing and pervasive digital transformation does not leave companies a choice: speed, agility, fast decision making are essential. We need to train employees to be flexible to change, to be able to act effectively in force majeure conditions, to be knowledgeable of technological advances and use these to increase productivity. The world is changing rapidly, therefore the learning in response to this should be continuing and uninterrupted.
